Honestly there is nothing to like , the initially told me for 3-4 days ofc working provided with candidate and lately moved to 6 days working I was travelling from a very distant place and it took almost 2 hours -3 basis traffic to reach Only the food and cabs are something to like

Worst culture , no job security , they literally do not care Abt your carrier Leadership has zero skills to guide you anything During my tenure there have been many lay offs and it is hard to convince candidates to join when there are such news in the market My reporting manager and on level up manager where way to cunning folksI m na experienced professionals and expect favourable behaviour for the ones staying long in the system is a normal attribute there On a regular day to office I was suddenly asked to submit my laptop and resignation without any valid reason and upon asking they kept on saying it's not your performance but something else Moreover they have all my teammates to not to speak to me . Imagine the culture they are building and I strongly recommend not to join this organisation , dont just go by fancy office buildings and convincing LinkedIn posts they really do nothing to consider an employee as a part of their organisation ....Read More

Noida Office space has some good aesthetics. Provide food, not good but you can adjust as it is free. Free cab service in Delhi, NCR, and some regions near to NCR such as faridabad. Comfortable office seatings.

Dislikes

The learning is not up to the par to industry standards. Your skills will be stagnant or may even decline if you do not learn yourself and for that you will never get proper time and environment. Highly toxic work culture and teammates, because they all are just saving their jobs. Favourable promotions and appreciations. Few truly skilled engineering teams/people. Software engineers are not sure about their future here. Senior leaders are just saving their jobs by following commands from people in USA. Managers are robots allocated by sr. leaders and teams under managers have no idea what they are working for. No real innovation or engineering. Mostly support work in whole company. Around less than 25% is the real engineering work. People are fired as easily as striking a coin in carrom board. If you want to downfall your career then it is best place to join. If you switch to UKG from service based then salary will be better otherwise it is less compare to other product based companies....Read More

Ukg has a concerning issue with safety for women .there have been reports of physical bully and a hostile environment , Hr is so bias and not supporting at all , job security is null, they are creating a fake scenario , very high level of politics among teammate and management .
