Initially when you are a fresher it is very good for you as you are a learner.

Dislikes

within 1 or 1.5 years there is no employee entertainment program or skill development program at the campus. They say at the time of joining sat and sun are fixed off but took the projects almost the whole year that it would be necessary for you to give your all sat as well some sun to complete the tasks on time. No privacy afterwards as after reaching at home you have to focus only on the job groups and activities. No transparency for the job timings at the time of joining and have to use personal stuffs for corporate work and no support from superiors....Read More

Work policy: If they have projects that needed to be work on sat and sun then they will be providing you 2 days as work from home otherwise you can also work from office but for sun it is mostly work from home

There’s nothing great about Unimrkt. If you find right set of people while working that’s the bestest thing to get along with. Apart from this if you don’t have any skills in research, you can always start from Primary and after completing few months their they will ultimately shift their resources to secondary where you would only learn about how to do desk research and understand the patterns of projects....Read More

Work culture is not that great as it still feels like you are in the college where people are so immature to understand joke. A lot of facet rules are applied on dress codes like what to wear, what not to wear! There focus is not about making people learn and grow their focus is all about taking benefit from the resources no matter from which situation they are going. HR policy is a huge bull crap on the name of HR they do anything. They don’t take actions against wrong they always favour what they think is right....Read More

It’s pathetic if you want learn there is nothing to learn. Hr policies can be changed at anytime without prior notice. No appraisal based on work Partiality in terms of recognition only you can sustain and may feel comfortable if you have any source here or you are a good friend with any senior authority.
