You will be like donkey there, loads of work with no proper guidance. No seniors are there because they cant pay them well. Only those are left who have there home n the same city or are not capable of joining any other company. These are the team leads who have no stand regarding there team members, they will lie to your face during the meetings. There is lot of discrepancy in the actual and the mentioned salary.
