...nd regarding there team members, they will lie to your face during the meetings. There is lot of discrepancy in the actual and the mentioned salary. So beware, I would 100% tell you not to join this org

Nothing as in now.This company has significantly changed when it ties up with shareindia.Bosses are arrogant.They don’t know how to treat employees.

No work life balance in this company.People have to work even on weekends.They can call you any time and ask you to do work.Appraisals are joke here.Management is worst

You will be successful there if you are a "chaatubaaz" the team leads love this thing Any one can put into any project despite having no experience or knowledge Seniors who are capable they are not into senior positions Unrealistic deadline due to which works become hectic

The place to be, if you are getting started with your career. Lots of learning, much exciting stuff to do. You can learn real skills if that's your intention.

If you are looking for a work-life balance in the initial years of your career, then this place is probably not for you.

Its the perfect place to learn. The people are co-operative enough to brush up your skills and get your hands dirty again. There's mostly free food available. [Although, a certain amount is deducted as "Development Fund" from your CTC]

People are always too busy, and its not their fault. From the team-size and the product they are handling; its pretty impressive. So, Yes! As the CTO will say you too, if you join "You'll have to give in a little extra!"
