Not sure, you’ll definitely dislike any of the things atleast once a week. Be it career progression, hike, Insurance any thing. They’ll hire people with better salary who can’t perform at a crucial stage and the one who performs, the hike will be very very nominal.

You get a chance to work on different technologies. Cross Skilling training would be given to get adapted to the new tech stack with respect to the project.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Hikes aren't that great. Not so employee friendly. You dont a chance to work on your area of interest.

Peak level micromanagement. We have fill out our work hours for each task in excel every day to the minute detail. No Work life balance. Lot of politics . No support from manager when there is bad client.

In my project no proper kt sessions are given and they will assign the complicated works which we don't have any idea. Work life balance is worst. Poor management. Entire team has negative opinion on the team and on the management. Proper food court is not there
