Not satisfied. Daily work life balance 12-15 hours Including Saturday Sunday. Managers behaviour not Gd with colleagues. Work assignment not as per your skill set. They will hire you as per your skill set, but give you a work out of skill set. Struggle is on daily basis on skill set.

Dislikes

Yes there are challenges to meet work life balance since lot of work pressure is involved. Having said that there are lots of opportunities as well for career oriented guys. Career growth is completely depends on in which department and discipline you placed. Since, there are competitions between senior members.

The work culture is great and the seniors (PM, Directors) are friendly and open to suggestions. Also emphasis is laid on learning and development of willing individuals.

Dislikes

In 3 years nothing to complain about related to work. But one thing i would like personally to change about the company is to allow selling of Non-Veg food in cafeteria.
