No Work-Life Balance You work a minimum of 12 hours every day The sales team does not understand requirements and estimates low to get the project and in turn, puts pressure on resources to deliver PMs are just paper pushers without any knowledge of what the project is about technically, they just ask you for status without understanding the challenges. People in the higher-ups are more interested in their bonuses and vacations rather than employee health/satisfaction Certain Managers expect you to work even after you quit the company...Read More

Good projects, latest technologies and constant learning. Good Team.

Dislikes

Work life balance: You be in any shift, still are expected to be available for all client & internal meetings. Less number of resources available compared to the number of projects in a managed services-based 24/7 support structure. Which in a way effect liberty to avail leaves and let go many public holidays. Although comp-offs are added, scope to avail them is very less and gets laps over time.
