Likes: <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">I'm happy with the salary they give me</mark>. Also, in terms of appraisals, top performers can get more than standard raises. Besides, we have a process where the company asks us for feedback often. I learn much from my seniors; they're easy to talk to. Dislikes: Employees are asked to work extra hours on projects without extra pay, and believe that shouldn't be the case.
Likes: <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">when it's time for appraisals, company doesn't stick to set pay raises</mark>. Instead, they reward people based on how well they do their job, which i believe is a positive aspect for top performers Dislikes: You need to adapt yourself to the fast-paced working nature of this workplace

Likes: Company is good from every point of view. People here are supportive and approachable, maintaining a courteous demeanor. I haven;t witnessed anyone speaking rudely or inappropriately. Without a doubt, I would recommended working here if you seek a peaceful and productive work environment.
