Very toxic work culture, no work life balance, you have give your hole to company while working there. If you come 5-10 min late then you have to extend your shift 20min. All manager are dump thev have just experience not knowledge. Continues changing there policy while you join you are introduced with different policy after joining they will change accordingly management. All managers are CEO relatives. If they arrange any function then they will conduct in lunch time not in working hours. They have billable criteria which is very worst they have lot's of freelancer account on upwork n you have work from them.
