Over all Company is Good, but people sitting on higher positions are running there own Welspun under the banner of Original Welspun. Post resignation 5 to 6 months is minimum waiting time for settlement. It is common in company that seniors are keen to blame junior for all fault and failure. Company believes in hire n fire policy, bosses are out of trade, they don't know the basics of market and product knowledge. they are puppets cum post masters of upper management, just to ffd the messages from them. No support from seniors at all. they will call you in odd hours all the day and night and ask you the same things again and again. RM always say to onboard new distributor every month without retaining existing ones or they will fire you. Everyday they gun on ASMs shoulders and never go out. Hence, never join this company and ruin your career....Read More
