This is one of the worst company where the managers do lot of politics, Good compensation and hike will be given only to the persons who are close to manager. They won’t bother if you give complain also. Managers behave so cheap where you can’t expect in corporate world. You will never grow under this type of people.

Don't know about company payroll employee, but for 3rd party/contract base employee - Western Degital management force to do A. Night shift, B. Saturday & Sunday, C. Holiday minimum 9 hours working time. If you disagree, very bad feedback goes to your company (3rd party) HR & Manager from Western Degital Manager & management team. And after that your company(3rd party) kick out or move to another parent company to you. So, My request to all of you.
