Work Life balance is good as you follow client expectations and clients are good. Job security is there as you are a high valued resource, means more profit for company.

Dislikes

No proper manager - employee communication. you will have to run several emails to get a simple task done. No career opportunities as you're bound to stick with just single client for the rest of your tenure. No Growth opportunity and annual hike is comparatively less (as expected from a service based organization) You are bound to take 10 days vacation at the end of year for client furlough, which is kind of mandatory, even if you dont have leave balance. You will be forced to take unpaid leaves....Read More

Very stable environments for most of the year. Apart from that the job is monotonous.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Only work life balance as no significant work is there

Dislikes

Not giving enough opportunity to freshers, free pool concept as no work for a long time, less compensation as it's really hard to survive in cities like Bangalore, Chennai, Pune etc. Higher level politics that affects the Junior's work. No proper work ethics. Not giving training to all freshers and those who get the training they get assigned to a work which they were never trained on....Read More
