The HR dept, specifically the manager and his senior vp, is elevating a culture reminiscent of authoritarian leadership, drawing parallel to historical figures like Hitler, Manager here seem unproductive, while the employees in lower positions face significant challenges, such as lack of work life balance, mental well being, tortured and many more. In this team there is a lack of appreciation for employees, and even minor mistakes lead to constant threats of PIP or termination, It’s worth noting that this feedback applicable solely to the HR dept, as other depts in the org are generally brilliant and good, highlighting the need of improvement or replacement specifically within HR....Read More

Corporate work culture is pathetic, the hr team for corporate does not even connect with employees and only consider what manager has to say about the employees. manager point of view is considered when it comes to employees performance and during PMS the salary hike is maximum 3000 rs. they want you to forget about your family and just work like there is no tomorrow. manager asks to STRECH every now and then and say everything is URGENT and to be prioritised. they will make you feel like you are the worst performer even after putting all your efforts. I like working at workcell because they provide good management with staff and also they provide solutions for our problem and if something comes they stand for the solution and also they look everyone with one eye thats is good and positive thing

If a staff is a performer and doing great and also have a ability to do further good things so they must support and grow then but this is missing as i have seen that everyone is not a performer so if a person have that ability to work like a pro and also manage each and everything all alone so they should grow them

No IJPs and Training modules program for next level and Promotion got stucked, they hiring from out side for the next level positions. Entire Workcell employees are getting Sat & Sun Wk Off except us. No work from home for us.

There is no job security, anyday you can be out from the organisation specially the time of increment. Salary structure is very poor, partiality is on next level thing, and work culture is worst. There is no 1v1 meeting with manager. I think it should be done for good work culture
