We joined here as a GET. The company attracts fresh graduates by giving a high stipend during the first year. Once the trainee period is over and you are converted into a full-time employee your in-hand will be less than what you got in as your stipend. Your CTC will be 30-40% less than the industrial standard. Your growth here willbe low compared to your peers in other EPC firms. It will take you 4-5 years of your career to reach a 6lpa package.
