The only good part is the place where XDBS is that is world trade center

Dislikes

I dislike everything about xdbs. Low salary. Poor appraisals. No work life balance, its always work. Terrible management because they dont have any work planning. Terrible food, absolutely tasteless. Worst promotion hierarcy.

They are preventing with scenitizires hand wash keep floor on regular basis in break times always keep a watch on agents those who not wearing mask on floor and in cafeteria and keeping distance

Dislikes

There is nothing like dislike but new process are coming between that are hampering agents productivity hence apart this all are good
