The Best place to work and grow in the industry. Our MD, Manu Jain sir was so great and Wonderful leader to work with. He is person reason for Employees Happiness.

Dislikes

Many People working in the same team. But Few People getting one Month of Salary which is equal to 3 months of Salary for other Teammates. Salary Gap is Very huge in between the teammates. It's just my Feedback... I don't know about other Teams.. Although, Xiaomi is the best company to work in the Industry.
