Smart people, learning is great if you are a fresher. Pay is similar to other HFTs. Company culture is also quite decent as everyone is approachable and supportive.

Working at Apt has been great experience. The culture is supportive and there is excellent exposure to diverse work. I appreciate the sense of ownership given to employees and quick decision - making by the leadership, which keeps things dynamic and efficient.

My message to management that Give some training to the useless office and make them skillfull , you're creating overpaid Liability and use and throw policy in your GIFT city office
