Very bad in maintaining decipline, rules and regulations, work is not systematic or organized , never get salary on time no increment, no promotion, fake promises No safety,very less equipment to work on Overall worst company

... all his relatives on every site and they are doing too much corruption on site. No time of salary. Non technical person are more at site who are ruling at site.

You have to be Surrounded by non effective parameters set by inefficient non prominent HOD who are earning tonns of salary but still can not prove there profitability to be in this company though they are working for years in this company by making things complicated by himself that's how no one can take over these responsible easily. Perhaps This is the organization which is only gaining money without any quality milestone. Chances of learning is vast as you may have to work for all departments, commercial knowledge is mostly required here if you want to get attention of Directors.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

... GM, at Kolkata level understands your problems and grants leaves when required. The pay also is much better here as compared to other CA forms where you work your rear end off with half the salary.

Sometimes, salary payout for high level executives is delayed
