...loyees, too much pressure (depends on manager and very few are here like this) . Join only if don't have any job or need, or better package or else consider other. Even you join start looking for new job. Obviously job stability is here.

Here Employee value is on first, although not much satisfied with the salary & perks but the overall experience is good. Managers understand your problem and try to give the best solution. As of now I completed only 10 months here but my overall journey is good. Before this organization, I worked for 3 more organizations but apart of salary every thing is good, the environment is not toxic. Sometimes due to project urgency not able to maintain the WLB but team's support is really good.

Worst management. No job security. Head office is in Gurugram so they order from there and partiality. No career growth you will lose all the knowledge whatever learned in previous company. Very very worst company and management.
