The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

1) Great learning platform 2)Small teams makes it easier to work 3) Issues are resolved very quickly. 4) Streamlined processes 5) Continuous trainings keeps you updated. 6) New ideas are always taken positively. 7) Work life balance will always be maintained if one knows to manage time. (Would not recommend it for people who have no passion, no drive and only does whatever is needed to survive)
