Decent company to work with. Pay really well as per industry standard. Salary on time always. Good culture and good work life balance. Friendly manager and colleagues.

No Skill development program, HR Policies are really bad such as immediate joining and late relieving. Only one side cab for Gurgao and delhi only.

Extremely unprofessional people conducting the interview and screening process. My CV clearly had mentioned that I’m an undergraduate, yet 5 people including the HR, manager and/or Sr. Manager, did not see that. I cleared all the rounds of interview and was given the date to join after 10 days of interviews and communication. I was asked to provide my documents a day before my given joining date and 2 days of submission, they tell me they can’t hire me because I’m an undergraduate for the Team Leader position. Beware!! They gave so many assurances. Got my time and energy wasted and insulted me in the end for being an undergraduate. Highly disheartening.

They have stopped free meal, free transportation, strict attendance (swipe in and out) has been introduced for all employees. Further, there is no such thing as work from home, initially they will say two days in a week you may come to office but later they forced you to come daily. I guess owner wants to sell a company but have not found anyone to buy.

Not recommended. This is specially who wanted to join as Graphic Artist. Please be careful, I had very bad experience they hired me process all onboarding, I worked almost 5 days and one of HR is saying that you will have to complete assignment and then they will decide otherwise you can't continue. HR told me after 5th days of joining, complete this assignment this part of interview. They didn't provide laptop or computer they told me to do it from your own machine on weekend or do it from cyber cafe. I was shocked, I mean what kind of ethics and hiring process is this. I just wanted to inform you Guys Please be careful, I have invest my whole month. But luckily I had another option. All the best.

Almost everything, this company is full of crooks, Senior leaders are leaving this company due to excessive politics. Stay away from this company if you want to be mentally healthy else these crooks will take away your peace, noone buy their products as it is full of bugs, customer support is rubbish, customers leaving, employees leaving, owners are looking to sell this company for many years but investors also running away from this company
