I have been working with this company since last 1.5 years, from the very first day I knew I have joined a startup so it will be a demanding job, I did my best and got promoted in just 6 months as the senior management is so supportive and cheerfull and that being here always fees like home. I have even seen people who are working hard for the company getting appraisal twice in a year which clearly shows that company recognises and appreciates its employees in terms of financial as well as personal levels. I would highly recommend this company to work as you will get high opportunity to learn and grow.

Its a stepping stone. You can learn from your colleagues because their is always a sense of competition.

Dislikes

Their is no professionalism, too much politics, office environment is too toxic and higher ups always yells out in the open in front of everyone. They are very capable of harrasing you mentally. They will never acknowledge your efforts, they will come up with new rules just to mess with you. You gotta touch their feet to grow in this company.

There is no work pressure If you are little experience and want to become manager and above you can join this company because there is criteria for hiring.. No one ask you question about your responsibility you can enjoy the life But if you have a good experience I never advice to join this company

They company running like very unprofessional they don't want to implement basis point in company Because management is thinking they know every thing there is no value of your education and experience!!

There is nothing to like, worst culture, poor and uneducated egoistic management, no work life balance, 12 hours of working, body shaming and abusive language, even in front of everyone on the whole floor

This company is fraudulent they take people's money and do not send them the products Indian Mark at this time is looking into fraudulent Behavior and taking people's money and not sending on the products very shameful and they are a total scam
