In covid time also I got so many opportunities to learn they given me separate project to do alone they assigned me one person to clarify a doubt in coding .. it helps me lot to learn development. This is the best company to start our carrier

Unfortunately, the top management, particularly the CEO of the company lacks approachability and open-mindedness. Decisions often seem to be made based on one-sided information without proper validation, leading to a culture of mistrust, even toward long-tenured employees. There's a noticeable internal politics, micromanagement with leadership seeking to control every detail rather than empowering teams. Career advancement is limited, with less promotions and professional growth. Job security is a biggest concern, they can ask you leave any fine day without any further notice. Many had faced this kind of situation even senior people.

I started my career as a fresher and faced some initial challenges , but with the support of my seniors and colleagues, I gained Valuable knowledge and confidence. I'm grateful to have received a proper recognition from my company for my growth and contributions.
