The only good thing about the company is on time salary. However they can fire an employee anytime when the salary time comes close without thinking the needs of the employee (FNF takes 45 days after leaving the job)

Dislikes

Higher authority of the team, HOD thinks himself to be the God who can fire anyone anytime. He made the work environment so pathetic and frightens employees by saying he is listening and watching everything on AI camera. Not only this he is not safe for the women team members (Keep on asking personal numbers and asking them out on weekends and drink with him and also offering to give the rent of pg). There have been incidents there, but he is safe because people who work there will not utter a word against him and who have already left years back do not know much about current situation but still to get into his good books for future opportunity they keep on talking good about him. He stills the work of employees without any hesitation.

Likes

The colleagues are good and supportive. The timing are flexible, salary on time on 30th end of month.

Dislikes

There are lots of politics from higher management which I have never saw in other company. They hire innocent employees and play their carrer just for their arrogance behaviour. No further growth . company don't know how to scale up business they have no may value for hard worker,punctual . Employee believe to left the company just after 3-4 months because of work life culture.

You just have an option to get salary hike ig you have less salary. It will be hike for you if you join this after i-Energizer.

Dislikes

Job security is zero, work politics at highest level. If you incur any loss to company that will be deducted from your salary straight forward. No warning no consesion if are a new to organisation or even if you are fresher.This is not a good organization to join. If you join here your carrier will be at risk.

Very toxic culture, micromanagement and work dissatisfaction. Trainer, is a very terrible person I've ever seen. If you go there, just save yourself from his sweet words and prevent yourself from being friendly with him otherwise he is going to eat your job..

The work environment is very professional, no pressure, manager and seniors specially Anand and Devendra is very supportive, and the good thing is also there is no hierarchy....😊

Dislikes

There is no game zone or no any area for sitting in break time.
