I like everything about Aggreko. The team mates are very cooperative, about job security it's very poor, salary is average, travels are well planned, not politics in the company, learining is excellent as they offer quality learning facilities and well informed trainers. Working enviroment is good. Innovation is good. Work-life balance is good vacations are well balanced.

During 2000, this was one of the best companies I have ever worked. But from 2012 this company governed and operated by illiterate techies, ITI technicians, there is no place for professional engineers. There is open discrimination, nepotism as there is bunch of non-technical staff in management level. There is no job security, healthy work environment and there is no room for development. Whites are born as managers even they are illiterate, non-technical guys, they can easily be fooled by some claver Foxes and hence runed this wonderful company by few mafias.

Dislikes

ITI technicians, illiterate, non-techinical staff governing major technical fields. Those who close to managers get all benefits. Both manager and staff are non-technicals scratching each other's back. Toxic work environment, no ethics policies. No room for growth, no job security and always work under stress.
