Allen digital offers a stable and well structured environment for faculty. The salary is competitive, job security is strong and promotions are timely and fair. There's a great respect for faculty, with support management and a positive relationship between student and teachers, teaching recourses and infrastructure are well organized making it easy it easy to focus on delivering quality education.

Dislikes

Occasional admin work can disrupt teaching. Slightly more scheduled flexibility would be a plus.

... holiday is common weekoff for all, So much pressure without any incentive plan. Only work for salary, whatever you stay at ofc for extra worl pr time . Only salary . No any incentive, no any promotions and no any benefits.. You see most of the seniors doing same job same post and same designation from last 6-7 years .. no any growth.. only work for little amount of salary ..

...handed over to coax people who would only want people of their religion to grow. Sadly, the top management sitting at Kota and Bangalore doesn’t pay heed to employee grievances or well being. All they want is numbers and they openly tell you not to unnecessary week offs

Dislikes

There is no work life balance, no permanent week offs and long working hours at Digital Vertical. There are numerous reports of unhealthy internal religion biased politics that are detrimental to company and its employees health. There is lack of employee recognition and opportunities for the professional growing within the Allen Digital Vertical.

Even with so much changes going on ,Allen is really one of the better places you can work on. Obviously some aspects depends upon the Centre you are in but some old centres are really good for work life balance and quality work.

Dislikes

... policy. 2.Trust on Employees who are with them for years,shouldn't go down. 3.Commitment to Salary during hiring should be fulfilled, Deduction in the name of X,Y,Z reason shouldn't happen.

Initially things were good where we were able to think out of the box, give suggestions and help in strategizing.

Dislikes

... your hard work results in salary deductions in the name of "org restructuring". The people sitting at the top consider people's hard earned money and salary package as "Lotteries". No scope of learning and development.
