Very low salary. No promotion even after 5 years of working. Salary of people who worked for 2 years is more than that of people who performed excellent for 5 years. totally injustice!

Especially HR department work as Petikoot Rule, Unreasonable people with with irrational thinking.

...way of working, does not have ethics,they convinced you for Bond at low salary. Salary structure is very poor

Salary is always on time, 7th of the month, other than that their is nothing good in this organisation.

1.Their is no personal or professional growth at Altis, you work for 3-4 years and still recieve the same salary at which you joined. No yearly increments , no job promotions. 2.work 12-16 hours per day, 6 days a week, and occasionally the owner will come and ask you to come to work on sundays. 3.blame game - they have hired unskilled labour so they make many mistakes & blame it on design department, these things will affect your quartely assessment.And you will have to answer for all those mistakes you did't even make. 4.Exploitation of Freshers - if you are a fresher or experience of 1-2 years , at altis they will make you sign 1.5 years of bond , will not disclose inhand salary until you sign the bond. They will grind you for their benefit , after working long hours you will be rewarded with 10 thousand rupees per month. 5. the owner is incompetent - he makes many mistakes & atrocities & then take it all out on the design team. design team is his personal punching bag.Toxic environment. 6.HR manager makes sure you are always in pain financially. They will come up with tricks to reduce a portion of your salary & then give it back to you after 3 months & call it as bonus. It's a joke. It's not a job its slavery. 7. At last I would just like to say if you decide to join this company then don't stay for more than 1 year , that too when you don't have absolutely nothing to do other than this job. Rather if you join a call center you will be more happy than joining this company.

Altis industries was good and also growing so fast. I have learned a lot, gained knowledge in technical and personal skills.

Management is not good at all,work culture is also not good and the environment is so bad at pithampur.

100% job secure because altis doesn't leave any singal employee we all are working as a owner we will growth up together.

i don't think i should dislike any think because if we face any problems we can directly discuss will director sir .And they understand us very well . they take positive and applicable action . thanks☺️
