...a Cements Ltd was a nice, well managed Company prior taking over by Adani Group. Still Company is good with respect to its working & Salary structure.

Job Insecurity. Favouritsm while promotion by the present Management. Flattering preferred. Least priority to hard-work, honesty and loyalty.

Fully system operated company,, very much focus on training and skill development. On time appraisals,, Salary is also at par. Overall a good company to work for...

Work- life balance is to be improved. Very much paper work, so sales executives find less time to be on field.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are not supportive and the management is not transparent the company policies are not good, they give not good sallary hike, and not give bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issued. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. I achieved all target 🎯 but not get incentive, On the job is not given increament, bonus in two year, on the job traning is not given to new

... thinking about but honestly Ambuja Cement limited is better workplace in india. Ambuja cement limited good in salary slab , accomodation , work culture, CSR, H&S , and Green plants.

It was a fantastic place for a fruitful career. Good culture, good working condition, salary,perks and benefits, work life balance etc was okay. But this was till sept 2022. After Adani took over in September 2022, it has become one of the worst organisation to work.

Dislikes

After Adani took over, there's no job security. People are transferred at the drop of a hat, early retirement, forceful retirement, HR one of the worst department, colony welfare compromised, senior people retired at will, certain department being outsourced without employees welfare being considered, health and safety not a priority at all. Now only business and profit matters. Else, everything has taken a backseat
