Salary is ok in Kerala, but not that great when compared to Bangalore / Chennai. Working environment is tough because of improper implementation of system. Everyone has to do everything. Role is not correctly defined.

Working hours - no one cares about Working hours.Even meetings are carried out at 7pm and 8pm. Poor inter department support. No proper system are followed 24×7 work pressure

One of the top reputed professional manufacturing companies in Kerala. Managers have been in their same roles and domains for years and years.. So they have very good knowledge about the process as well as politics. Only local peoples are hired and therefore low attrition. Financials are very good since risks taken are very low and new investments needs to be justified with high ROI.

...S. To be self-motivated, dont expect anything more than 8% salary increment YOY. Besides on-time salary and location, there is nothing much to expect from this company. Managers, top management and company policy doesn't have any consideration for growth and development of its employees. Due to low attrition, new vacancies are not created and people tend to stick to their same roles for years and years. New people are hired at higher posts and salary since they wont be willing to work at lower salaries creating un-equality among teammates with respect to their roles & responsibilities.

In my team all r gud nd kindly persons they wll encourage in every matter about company nd also 2 learn which I hve intrest , ths ws my 1sg company I ws very affaried hw cn I work bt when I hve joined as quality inspector for the company relly i ws vry much hpy my seeing my team mates nd my department.

It's a good company for beginners It's a good company for those who want to pursue a carrier in connector industry

If it's not your 1st company, then you will face issues with work culture, work life balance, lack of motivation, less support from CFT, non standard practices of engineering, Also, you need to work with Asians and compete with Chinese You can't expect a MNC level work culture from this company. They treat us like a trash cans. The current management is focused on revenue, when machine stops they shout or yell , force you to find the solution today itself. In fact the problem finding and solution making may take few days time. They don't care about your opinion. You will feel disrespectful even after doing a lot work, even doing the late night jobs.
