Shift timings and work load. Hikes are also good. No mnc is giving suck hikes So lot better in terms of hikes.

Health insurance coverage is less. Recognization of work is bit low. Cab service is less for men.

Hire and Fire methodology. More than a IT professionals in the company, it is a IT labourers' company . No process followed. Good place for freshers to learn on Oracle technologies.

I was deployed with a very big client so had a good time,WFH mode,good learning,good collegues. For Apps salary hikes were good initially

Dislikes

Small company,not many projects, couldn't get a project on cloud after my project finished with the client. Don't treat employees well once they go on maternity, do not give increments which are meant to be for past year. This shows their culture and employee friendliness. No job security.

I had the pleasure working at Apps Associates ltd for 8 years 3 months and it was a fantastic experience for me both professional and personally. I don't see much dislikes, but i observed the internal communication was missed.

Regular updates about the company and its finances make your feel positive about its growth. Company is growing fast and it should strive to be that way.

Dislikes

Gurgaon office is nothing but farce. There are only 2-3 clients which have been the case since last 5 years. Gurgaon management is weak and in-effective. Also employees are at the mercy of the clients.
