Too much of pressure, you have to work like a 10 headed Ravan but still you can’t satisfy the requirements and you can’t meet the deadline, too much of decision change, if you are married better divorce yourself else it will happen automatically because of work life balance

Nepotism, biased culture towards tamilians. Family based culture and not a professional setup. The founders have been in the setup for long but the company was literally just keeping afloat. Join at your own risk. Company has been acquired by another company now and lot of silent layoffs happening.

Average working environment, remote working, flexibility.

Dislikes

Leaderships indirectly teach unethical practises, like poaching reseller's customer's directly. Unethical channel driven company, may bypass reseller and directly starts interacting with end clients. Bad leaderships. New employees follow that practise. Undue pressures. Some employees talk rudely with each other and even resellers and customers.

Products are good and promising

Dislikes

Job security is zero. You can be asked to resign for no reason. You may be working on a critical project, but suddenly your team mates are no longer with the company. Management has no clear vision on products.

- Some Managers are easily reachable - Bus facility - Spot awards and Certificate Reimburcement

Dislikes

- Minimial technical growth. - Lot of politics - Using Legacy ways with new technologies - Useless HR and Architecture team.
