Belittle others -Job titles don’t match the work: Managers doing team-lead tasks, team leads doing senior-engineer work, etc. -Despite competitive pay, you won’t gain new technical skills—making it hard to move elsewhere later. -Continued employment feels subject to VP discretion, and internal “favorites” tend to be promoted over long-standing employees. -Consistent with other reviews, the workload and hours can be challenging. -External senior hires are often replaced after a couple of years by internal candidates, which undermines trust and morale. no learning bad management no technical work politics too much domain heavy, which is of no use outside no work life balance no growth micro management from VP manager don't have any power to do any thing good for you no open source too much restriction on machine you use for work. CEO is not a good person, in one party they invite family members and food was already started late like 9:30PM, but suddenly CEO wants to address the family of employees, what they do, they snatch plates from hands of the family members those who has already started eating. Felt shameful in front of family

No negotiations at the time of appraisal, only disclosure. finop department work life balance could be better. no overall subject learning, unique to a few companies only. Company's benefits are focused on tech resources only

Bad rating policy. Old employees get a bigger chunk of bonus. Irrational appraisal process. Quarterly good feedbacks do not apply when there's appraisal. Engineering teams have good leadership but not the other teams.

I have worked with one of the worst managers, team. No learning opportunities provided. Upper management is not reachable. No tax saving options. You will end up flat 30% tax.
