In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. - Salary package offered here was on all fixed basis. That was nice - Quick project spans - Nice & easy Employee + Family health insurances - They had ZOHO employee management pplatform, which was cool

- Tremendous reputation biased work culture with super peer-pressure - Low standard project-management - Co-Managers were jealous & manipulative - Pleasurers & Flaterries towards higher management are only given importances - No other scope here outside PEGA & al Pega

If you are lucky enough then you'll land up in a project of longer duration as well as with good work life balance.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Compensation for QA levels is not that great. Most of the projects are short spanned liked 3-4 months. Work load in such projects is way to high. Literally it is work life imbalance. Most of the colleagues who have been here for a longer duration rule and run the company. Not a great place to work.

Business is good and hiring is in progress. Hikes and promotions are frozen. No one talks about ESOPs and bonus.

Dislikes

No culture, no respect for opinions of employees. Front line managers are powerless, employees still have to depend on founders for all decisions. Politics, regional feeling,lack of professionalism is evident. If you know the founder personally, you can do anything in the organization. External COO doesn't have any power..

This is the worst organisation for womens to work. They rely totally on clients . They dnt even bother if the client is not good and no proper structure in work assignment. Even if you go and inform multiple times the delivery partners and management from Areteans wnt bother .

Dislikes

If you get an offer from Areteans keep this opportunity as the last priority why because of couple of reasons very poor management , extreme toxic clients , even the hr will not talk professionally with you . Altogether not a good place to work . Worst work culture and you wnt get any self respect
