Management is also not satisfactory HR response about questions that they don't know about appraisal and at the time of joining they said every april 😂 Policies are not following after working long time no appraisal on time so many senior staffs left for salary. Policies are only followed at the time of JCI and NABH

Got to know a lot of things . I gained so much knowledge working in this prosperous hospital.

Dislikes

Workload is soo much (even sometimes I get 7 patients and sometimes I had to work regularly for 9 nights) in comparison to payment . There is no teamwork between the staff members and the seniors ( *only 5 months before me they started working but are behaving like seniors* )are really good at their bad behavior and lying about anything so that I get scolded . Everything is good here I really love this place but, it would be very nice if the people around me respected everyone . If I worked at OPD department or ER department that I would rather be working here .

Dislikes

There is no work life balance and don’t respect the work which is done by the staff. The Medical Superintendent is an arrogant lady she hired the staff for the JCI audit and as soon as the audit finished she just told to shift to other department even when the staff is qualified for that position. There is no work culture and no value for your time. There is no Annual leaves and we can only use the annual leave after completing 1 year at the organisation. There is too much micromanaging in the work which causes more stress.

Artemis as a group is good company and Hospital specially Gurgaon one so job security is high as compare to peripheral Center.

Peripheral Center of Artemis Hospital not provide any medical insurance for staff as well as any perk
