Poor work load distribution, efficient employee given more work load and inefficient ones just pass the days. 3. Low salary for freshers and <3 yrs experience. 4. Some HR policies make it seem like company is not employee centric instead just focused on earning money.

Most employees are under paid,no timely proper increment and promotion. They can't able to utilise your potential. I have been working since last 5 years but still I am working in same post.

...is after each other's job so that they can appoint their own people for the job. No one will pay attention to your hard work. No one in the company cares about growing the skills of its employees. The company should just have money. What is going on from project to project and what should happen in what manner. What should be the environment of the company? How well should the employees go? No one cares about his skills.after you give 100% to the company still then your job security is zero because Because there are very few people who appreciate your hard work in this company. Everyone in the company is after each other's job so that they can appoint their own people for the job. No one will pay attention to your hard work.
