I have suffered humiliation from colleagues being in this LaLa company, they hold the salary of you don’t do what they say. Ekdam ghatiya company, they collect database from experienced person and then they push you out after 1 year, they will give fancy numbers to achieve and you don’t do they tell to put papers, they don’t pay salary on time. My Manager used to misbehave.

There is no work life balance, late working hours and poor appraisal. No recognition of work we are providing for the organisation.

Supportive Manegement team.Compared to other companies, the management here is like a family, they work diligently for everyone's happiness, they understand if there is a mistake.

The people i work with are absolutely fantastic. Management and seniors are very cooperative nature. Good Strategy, company is growing.

No cons.. Zero Gratuity for all and No PF benefits for higher salaried...

Are very useless company didn't even a little bit in Covid-19 80% of the people in this problem were also removed from the job And even the workers whose payment is left did not give their own money

this is very useless, very bad management Here the workers drink full day night liquor in the day night and fight but no one takes action on them however much they complain
