Cost and Estimation Team standard operating procedures are well defined and serve as benchmark to other departments. Decision making authority is effectively decentralized to lower levels. The team lead is highly approachable and supportive, making it easy to access necessary information. Key highlights includes - Proactive assistance in resolving critical client related issues. - Encouragement and support for professional development through certifications and skill enhancement program. - A fair and transparent work environment with no favoritism. - Support for personal matters including facilitating financial aid or arranging WFH option for specific period. - Competitive and well managed remunerations. The LPO's (Client Team) are collaborative and genuinely invested in the growth and success of GTC resources.

The company should consider implementing a policy that discourages rehiring individuals who left the organization solely in pursuit of higher compensation. Similar to the approach taken by L&T a rejoining restriction period of 4 to 5 years could be enforced for such cases.

No promotion, no salary hikes. Environment was good, taken under control when Cherry was leading the infra architecture. Since Anjali has taken over its bad, very very bad. Every month u see a person resigning and all because of her attitude. She treats ppl like shit. And her ASSISTANT SURESH Kumar just does what she tells even if its wrong. Employees integrity is questioned constantly and we feel why did we even prioritize work over life if we had to be treated like this. If these two so called seniors are removed from organization the company will retain a lot of honest employees

Good work life balance. Variety of projects and good company culture.

Dislikes

Salary could be better, but mainly the learning and development opportunities are limited. You learn on a job and not always have a senior who can give you feedback and teach the best practices to you. So many meetings.
