Even the Peon has a owner attitude. Management layoff any employee as per their choice…… kya kare aaj kuch kaam nai hai- chalo kisi employee ko nikalne ka game khelte hai 😅. Even the management specially who are at top level are not having any vision…….. no planning, no execution………. Baate to bdi bdi…… bssssss khayali pulawo banate hai🤤…… Project end hote hote band ho jaata hai.

The management of the marketing team is the worst I have ever seen in my professional career. This is a terrible company to work for, and they do not outline roles and responsibilities. Management is restricted to the people they have chosen to work with. If you join them in gossip, they will assume you are doing your work. If you do not join in their gossip, they will inform higher management that your work is not up to par.

Dislikes

Career development was a joke here there is no meaning of promotion. The promotion is based on the office politics. Employee feedback was ignored and any attempt to raise concern was either dismissed or led to retaliation. Really I have wasted my 2 years over here. So will suggest if any one wants to waste their career then they can join over here

Teammates, staff, some part of training and the patient number was a positive side.

Dislikes

The bad thing about company with such big brand name is, they want to fool patients, sell there packages to make money. They teach doctors how to be good actors and how to perform infront of patient when one entres the cabin. They sack employees anytime if buisness is not coming from doctors. They give too much of mental pressure and make you go atleast 4 clinics in a week of different locations.
