...l cycle now follows a May to May schedule, resulting in a delay of seven months. Additionally, I have been utilizing my personal device for work (due to COVID) without receiving any compensation.

I don't like anything apart from infrastructure, events and celebrations.

Dislikes

Salary structure is same as other companies. But 1st and last thing, there is no job security there. Full of politics. False statements of some old people can harm your career.

They say it's flexible timings, but expect you to stretch till 8pm even after reaching office early at 9:15am, if you're an entry level. There is no proper communication from manager, they will change your project allocation out of nowhere and expect you to adapt on it. The managers will provide average feedback to demotivate, even on a successful deployment & order to improve beyond your skills if you want to keep working there. Would think hundredth times before accepting their offer, they have no formal policy disclosure yet they'll deny you basic leaves. If you're a manager, all you have to do is come late at 11am, do nothing except some meetings, look busy working while watching IG reels, have 1.5 hour break and go home as soon as the clock strikes 6pm. Glad I left that mismanaged toxic company with a notice period of 3 months.

Giving interview here is waste of time. Given 2 rounds of interview then hr said you are selected . I am sharing offer letter. Then next day she said you will have to give one more round of interview. After that round Hr Alisha Yadav not picking up the call also there no response of my mail from company side.

There is no any prons in this company. Like too much politics. Never appreciate your work Project manager Re worst in this org. No process is following in project.
