GF salary Vs. My salary
Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

...er support on taxation or even response for an email which you send to HR group. They keep blaming each other ie all Even if you have a serious concerns nobody is bothered and specially in night and early mornings NO HR, NO Admin so you can do what ever you want Food is free and they keep saying it's free and the quality is worst ( plastic, bugs, metal peices are common) Even if you work hard and unless you are in the good side of managemt dont expect anything - salary or promotion Checking the cool off for hiring, providing salary for joiners and backend verifications etc are not even done here properly.

Being a female employee I faced a lot of concerns and never received proper support at all and thus left that office and will never forget the days Even after leaving office for the social media status I updated I got back biten Be extremely cautious with management because even if you leave the job dont think its done My first job offer was rejected as one of the Female HR partner spoke over call about me in the new organization and I heared that this always happens once you resign. They won't send email as it will legally impact, only over call these dramas are done. Apart from these the company is a soo good. No work pressure at all , no need to work also be there and enjoy your time but getting another job is doubtful and hard.

...lier i discussed with HR and my manager unfortunately haven't seen any progress. I rejoined the company after with the same salary and position as before the pandemic, i understood the company's circumstances and i worked without allowances and SPP, with the hope that things would improve as the market recovered. However market conditions have gotten better, my salary and position did not change much. Despite my continued dedication and contributions i have made over 6.5 years, i have seen modest increased in my compensation from 2.5 lacks to 5 lacks. I appreciate the opportunity to rejoin the company and continue contributing, but I believe it's essential to align my salary and position with both the market standards and my professional growth. i ve expressed this concern before, but i feel the issue remains unresolved. I am proud of my work here and committed to our collective success.
