In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. One cannot think about having a career in this company since it has high attrition rate. The MD and Director has zero people skill and would micro manage plus constantly nag to pull down your morale. Advice to the Management would be to have your SOPs and KRAs aligned and trust your employee's rather then being presumptuous. Lastly think before asking your employees to put down their papers because it's your inefficiency to manage them, that cost us our career growth. Worst company donot deserve even a single star . Please create an environment where employees can work.
