The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

I spent days debating whether to bring it up. I didn’t want to come off as insecure or difficult. But I also couldn’t un-know what I knew. Eventually, I had an honest, data-backed conversation with my manager. Turns out, I was right and they revised my pay. It wasn’t easy, but it taught me this: silence doesn’t protect you. All employees (Manager to executive) are treated as SLAVE by owner Pawan Jain. Every meeting work responsibility get changed. He abuse every employee for no reason. He is very uncivilized man. Not gives Appointment letter so so that he can terminate employee without compensation. After entering office, employee feels that today may be the last day since owner behaves like Mad people. Too much worst culture maintained by Owner Pawan Jain

In company tehre is one senior in Frontend development who does partiality and after knowing the higher management they can not take decision against him just because he is the only one developer there so that's why i don't like to work there it's really terrible.
