I've been selected to join a new company with a start date of August 6th. My last working day at my current company is scheduled for July 28th, but I've requested an early release date of July 11th due to a family emergency. I am a working mom and It is not easy to work here as their is no personal life left working here. Neither their is any motivation from the seniors. ...nd promotion is not based on performance. Its always like “my promotion is due”. Your salary, benefits, work profile, objective and related things purely depends on company owner and their thought process. If you are contributing more than the expected, beyond your capabilities, thn also you will not get anything because company don’t believe in retaining people but hiring people at higher salary thn yours.

...t Very strict office timings Even manager level will sit and do clerical work Instead of hiring managers, they can hire as consultants with lesser salary and get the work done , u don’t have to use ur brains, there is a set process just follow that No growth, once u join don’t expect promotion for atleast 6-7yrs, even if u get u will be doing the same job
