Promotion and salary raise is completely depends on office politics, If you are working hard that's not the organisation. Where you can work hard and get valued.

Even though it’s a great place to work, have fun, take responsibility and be a leader, compensation for your efforts is not where it’s supposed to be when compared to the market level

PLC manager in UAE office not able to manage work life balance. Not able to evaluate people as per performance, PLC manager need some training on how to manage people

The shift timings are quite better. There is no likes only dislikes

Dislikes

Because there is no respect for employees. They treat us as a labour. If we want to do OT (over time), we should completely work for full shift to earn extra money. Every where if we do over time we get paid for every hour which means the OT is calculated for every hour. But in Beumer group it's not like that.

Likes

They take care of the employee when the employee falls severely sick even at non-working hours and then do not report. That golden question " Let us know if you anything" brings a sense of belongingness.
