I didn't like anything. But there is opportunity to learn. However, considering the amount of job, salary should be at par with private players. But being a PSU this doesn't happen.

Emphasizes on training, decent salary , Excellent healthcare policy, multiple exposure, high brand value.

Dislikes

Employees are posted far away from home, multiple transfer, no transparent promotion policy and very less township for employees which needs to be addressed. Less in hand.

There is no job security. No promotion or appraisal. After apprenticeship they are ready to offer me a job but with less salary and contract basis not permanent.

Nothing, even though the senior management is very bad, while appraisal they will not care, otherwise they behave like they are the only one owning a company. Senior management is very ignorant to the new ones coming and just believe in sarkar ka paisa khao aur bhul jao

... management to everything only accomodations are good but that too at some cost. They will show such high package with us it was around 19 lpa but in hand it is only 50k and rest is not know. And also they will make u work overtime around 15 hrs. If u are from nit try in some better company and leave this
