I DON'T LIKE BIO WORLD MERCHANDISE. BECAUSE ALL TYPES OF HEAD OFFICE STAFF IS VERY TERRIBLE OR POOR BEHAVIOUR & CHARACTERLESS,SALARY STRUCTURE IS VERY TERRIBLE OR POOR.POOR BAD BEHAVE TO BIO WORLD MERCHANDISE RAVI OR RABI SIR & OTHER BRAND STAFF or ROM RETAIL OPERATION MANGER.TERRIBLE OR POOR SALARY PERFORMANCE TO COMPANY. HR & SECURITY GARD ALL TYPES & SECURITY SUPERVISOR POOR BEHAVIOUR TO ME. VERY DANGEROUSLY POSITION OR RAMZAN MONTH TC CERTIFICATE.

...erience to be work B M I, All my team mates was so supportive, and hard working. As you ask about job security and salary appraisal, My bad luck, At what salary I join them left this company at the same salary after three years,, I learn a lot from this company, my life is now far better then my previous one, after joining and work with lot of well experience teammates. It was a very nice and good experience to work with my B M I,,,,, I really thanks full to every single team person over their, and specifically our country head Sir, Mr Mahesh Sir....

Until now it was smooth.

Dislikes

Micromanagement done by senior manager and GM of Licensing department. They push us to work for 12 hours and does not let us take rest without paying OT. Keep on poking on screen and asking to share the emails and teams chat. They also audit Teams chat to see who is doing what. Do not prefer to get friendly with team mates. Made us to lie to CEO of of the company. They try to get involved in personal/family matters and get jealous and made appraisals/promotions basis on family status. No focus towards skill development. GM/Managers does not know how to work and prepare excel/powerbi/ppt reports.

No exploration in the knowledge. Endless task that never to end. Due to this you can't get the chance to learn other department works so that you can explore your knowledge and grow in your career. Working in such department (Licensing) sounds like it is kind of RTO department but its work is totally different. Means you can't explain anyone what exactly this department works. There is no such department with this name in any Indian company. So it is a big challenge that you will find a suitable job profile for you after working in this department. The work will end with the shift hours is still a dream. Everyday you have to stretch 1 or 2 hours to complete your given taks. Company is very much serious about their meetings. They discuss in the meeting that what they have to discuss in the upcoming meeting and this will not count in your productivity.
