The salary is a drawback. Even though the company is amazing,, at the end of the day after all the hard work you need a salary that is equivalent to the amount of work you do for the company.

...playing a plotting game for their survival and growth. Very entertaining to see. They pay you very well so that you dont leave them even though frustrated. You wont get a high paying job like it so easily in a stable or a good company RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

1. Management has been changing every now and then due to which work gets affected. 2. Bad politics into picture. All the SLTs have been laid off due to some unknown unknown reason. 3. No reason howsoever serious it is would suffice for WFH. Strict WFO policy. 4. Clients are moving out of the company rendering less resource requirements that is leading to abrupt lay offs.

The talent acquisition team is good however since one of the member left the type of events they did were worst. The qualityy went from high to zero not even low. Apart from that, only perks if you’re not working for customer service, you can roam around if you’re bored and spend time on terrace. The ambience is good and management is good if you’re good to them.

...need to get your work done. Lol, managers gets confused about the leave policy. Your approved leave can turn to Loss of pay only because of MANAGER’S CONFUSION, and they call them “people’s manager”. No one is yours if you happen to do something wrong as I said you need to be someone’s favourite. No speech on work life balance, you’re asked to work over time if there’s backlog and if you for some reason do not want to do overtime, they mark you down on your score card as you do not come ahead to support team.

There's nothing impressive about this company. The fact some reviews highlight timely salary payments as a positive is overrated. A punctual paycheck is just a basic expectation and doesn't compensate for the company's overall shortcoming

If you excel at flattery, you might secure a better raise, job security, work from home, regardless of your actual work contributions. - Despite investing in new offices spaces, the current office is poorly equipped, with cramped canteen where employees must wait for a spot at long tables with uncomfortable stools I joined this company to make a career switch, only to find myself starting from scratch with no meaningful experience as a Data Scientist. This is my experience; it's up to you whether you take it into account
