No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?

In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. dear sir, This is a good company

compensation is decent, but grouth is slow.the work pressure is very high. weekly more than I have to work 14 hours straight in a day s as I have to attend project manager calls in the in the evening after 10 pm. managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, another one not to freeness in the job
