Dislikes

The managers, Zonal, Regional & Director ( USG). All time scolding, no proper support management from superior managers ( Saheb, Suman Chaudhary, Abhisek Bose). They were here from decades like having a govt job. Director:- Mr Suman Chaudhary, I don't know why he was the director of ultrasound. No demo support, no price support, expectations from day1 to get orders in an unknown territory. Zonal Manager:- Mr Saheb Ghosh, again he doesn't know what is anomaly scan, NT scan & he is the ZM of USG in a company. Regional Manager:- Mr Abhisek Bose, for 9 Districts how can a company appoint a RM. No knowledge of Ultrasound. These 3 gandhi ji monkey's are only there for politics and self growth ,Nepotism ( Supporting their own people & discouraging new appointed one), Tracking each movement of yours. I don't know which doctors meet at 9 am. If you wait till 11 am in dealers office they will restrict you. BPL was early known for ECG & Critical care. now they have introduced new segment USG & Xray division but due to these people, the company growth will get down for sure. No one will join to spoil his/her career.

Good work-life balance, salary or other expenses are cleared on time.

Dislikes

Poor management, lot of politics, no delivery person so if you are working as a sales executive then you have to do machine delivery and waste time on collecting cheques and delivering documents which is not part of your job as a sales executive.

Likes

Salary will credit on time, travelling and booking hotel will take care by company itself. Technical training will be conducted every year.

Dislikes

No work life balance,here we are seeing the employees working in the same role for the long time like 15yrs,20yrs,25 yrs.we can't expect change in role after some years. And yearly increment is very low. There is no service franchise for the company. There will be no encouragement or appreciation from the management for the work.

Good work environment and culture.. Very supportive and encouraging senior in management, friendly environment in office, sales director and RSM are always there for help in any difficult situations.. Good company policies for employees.. Great opportunities for hike as well as personal growth...

Salary hike is limited..

Worst management, no quality, high politics, biased bosses, not employee friendly, salary low, no knowledge for many heads, blame game. Altogether worst company.
