...Security, No Pressure of Work. The best company to work for will always miss it. The only thing which I don't like that I was unable to have a good life style Bcz I was Away from my home and Salary was not that much in starting but it's a great job if you're working in your local area

Location problem can come in front of the biggners like me. As the salary doesn't support that much to stay in some other unknown city

At CUMI we have an exciting working environment with compensation and benefits as one of the best in the industry. Working with the maintenance division we play a major role in providing a brake down free working environment . Preventive maintenance and TPM provide us to make KAIZEN . Works are allocated to the team and completed within the Time limit .The team itself take the ownership of the machine so as to go further with the process to reduces the hardness in finding the error that helps the maintenance team to reduce the Time of loss

The first thing a trainee should go through must be the maintenance of machine , atleast for a 6 month . The rest 6 month should be with the process . This definitely helps in preventing the breakdown and provide the knowledge in handling the situation during late night shifts .

Best culture, can be frank with anyone. Work freedom is there. Faced some micromanagement but not that much issue. WLB good. Secure job like govt. If you want relax life with no tension then CUMI is best. WILP with bits pilani is there.

Dislikes

Pay is very very less. Everyone knows it. Slow in implementing anything. Aged management. Too much old people. Job role is cluttered. Skills development programs are old needs restructure. IT is slow. External skill development lot of restrictions.
